3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Block (864) - West Lafayette, USA - AUG 27, 2011
A very light witbier. Refreshing with flavors of citrus and lemon. A bready/ yeasty finish. I had this beer a little out of season and would think it would fit perfectly in the heat of the summer.

Pours deep yellow with solid head. Smells spicy, citrusy, and a hint of cilantro. Taste is a lot like fellow witbier Hoegaarden initially, although aftertaste is a bit weaker. Nice mouthfeel anyway. A good witbier.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 jcartamdg (256) - Spring Hill, Florida, USA - MAY 21, 2012
Pours a cloudy golden color with no head and no lacing. Aroma of coriander upfront with some citrus in the back. Taste follows the nose. Very pure and true to the style wit beer. Not the beat but really damn good. I like this a hell of a lot better than hoegarden. Smooth and easy drinking. I like it.

355ml bottle pours a hazy pale golden color with a 2 finger white head that settles down to some thin spotty lacing. Aroma is orange zest and coriander spice with grains and mild hops. Taste is light malty sweetness with some orange and coriander and a mild hoppy bitterness in the finish. A refreshing witbier with some nice qualities.

Wit bier and kind of mediocre at it. Not a great beer, in a not so great style.

12oz bottle.
Pale golden pour, pillowy white head. Aromas of coriander, citrus, and wheat - lots of citrus in the flavor (mostly orange) with a decent wheat bite. Not a bat Wit.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 boomerbrew (113) - Texas, USA - NOV 19, 2011
12 oz 2-pack. My wife surprized me and picked up a six pack this past summer. Kind of a late rating but I remember this being a very pleasent brew. The aroma and flavor were well balanced with the coriander and orange peel with the hops and malts. Normally I don’t care for orange flavors but I will be looking for this refreshing brew next summer.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 corby112 (1904) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 15, 2011
Pours a very cloudy, dark golden banana color with a thin, fizzy white head that quickly fades. Minimal lacing left behind.
The nose of this beer is dominated by zesty, peppery spice with lots of clove and coriander along with hints of citrus rind and bready yeast.
Fuller bodied than expected with a nice crisp, spicy bite that lingers over the sweetness into a slight dry finish. Lots of zesty spice with hints of pepper, clove and lemon zest which is countered mid-palate by the bready yeast, citrus fruit and banana. The yeast adds fullness to the palate and along with the sweetener notes provides flavorful balance. Complex, flavorful and very easy to drink, especially in warmer weather.
