COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Crystal Pale is the 13th in a series of Single Hop Pale Ales, an endeavor to educate those who are interested in the flavor of the individual hops used in making our award winning ales. Original Gravity: 1.056 (Dry Hopped Crystal Pale Ale): Made especially for the Oregon Brewers Festival, this beer makes exclusive use of Crystal hops in four additions, including dry-hopping. A simple grain bill of premium two-row and Munich malts provide the perfect body to balance the soft floral flavor of this small batch ale.
