Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours a hazy amber/copper with a good frothy beige head. Nice hoppy aroma. Floral and citrus. Medium body with moderate carbonation. The malt backbone is strong, like a touch of caramel candy, but there’s enough bitter to balance. A very tasty drink. Just keeps on getting better.

GABF 09- Boundary Bay IPA. Pours a mostly clear- copper orange with a thin white head. Aroma is definitely straight forwards hops- citrus and resin with pine but as it warms there is a bit of crackery cabbage DMS. Flavor is carapils sweetness, crackery, light DMS, and green citrusy grapefruit hops. Clean finish- moderate bitterness. Ok.

Sweet Zombie Jesus, what a good beer. I am so impressed by this beer and sad that the brewery is farther away than a nice bike ride. The floral essence of this beer canot be downplayed. Ends with a wonderful dry pine finish. The body is complimented by some nice amber malt notes. Oh my.

On tap at Red Lion Seattle Pours out a amber/copper topped with a white head. Aroma was a nice citrus hop and a rich malt. Tast was bitter citrus grapefruit peel and a thick malt. A pretty tuff IPA.

draft @ uber - cleansed my palate with this very nice dry-hopped IPA; bright orange with foamy white head bringing out the sweet, citrus hop aromas; love the big hops from the dry-hopping without the excessive bitterness in the flavors

On tap - Taphouse Grill, Bellevue WA - Ruby red with a soft white head/. Great rich, caramel malt backbone with moderate citrus and a great, crisp, super-floral, resiny dry-hop profile. Really great.
