Commercial Description:
This is an agressively hopped IPA that features the fruity Centennial and AMarillo varieties. Even massive dry hopping can't hide a rich, full bodied malt palate with toast and toffee notes. The finish is hoppily bitter and somewhat dry. This IPA demands respect.

draft @ uber - cleansed my palate with this very nice dry-hopped IPA; bright orange with foamy white head bringing out the sweet, citrus hop aromas; love the big hops from the dry-hopping without the excessive bitterness in the flavors

On tap - Taphouse Grill, Bellevue WA - Ruby red with a soft white head/. Great rich, caramel malt backbone with moderate citrus and a great, crisp, super-floral, resiny dry-hop profile. Really great.

On tap at Anthony’s in Everett, WA.<br /> GREAT Northwest IPA&#033; Very balanced. Great flavor and aroma. Citrus upon fruit upon citrus. Excellent IBU backbone for the amount of flavor. Great lacing. VERY well-crafted beer&#033;

On tap at Palace Kitchen in Seattle, WA - Pours a beautiful amber color, almost orange in appearance. Aroma of grapefruit/citrus zest, with a flavor of nice, well-balanced fruity hops. This isn’t a super-hoppy IPA, but a very well-rounded beer that is very enjoyable to drink.
