Commercial Description:
A small amount of sour mashed pale malt combined with a generous dose of roasted barley and fuggles hops gives this lighter bodied Dry Irish Stout its silky body and session beer qualities. Served on nitro for maximum smoothness and dense creamy head. Brewed as part of the Boundary Bay St.Patty's Day celebration.

Draught, at the brewery

St. Paddy’s day must come early in Bellingham! Dark chestnut brown with thick light brown nitro head. Slightly nutty, chocolatey aroma. Slightly watery body. Chocolatey, with a hint of roast. A little bit of nuttiness, vanilla late. Not bad for a nitrobeer.

Draught at the pubDark black, light ruby, nice head, nice lacing. Nose of very dry chocolate roast, a bit of fruit, no sweetness. The flavor is also unbalanced with a dry chalky mouthfeel and a bit of roast. For the style? Who knows.

Draft at the brewery
Deep brown color with a toffee tint at the bottom of the glass. Typical creamy soft and light body, the flavor is a rich and smoky dry stout/malted milk ball flavor. Pasty body, with a smoky, dry finish. A typical weak dry stout, but drinkable.

Dark brown, with a brown nitro head. Chocolate and light espresso aroma. Flavour is pretty good, dry and roasty with a touch of acidity. Good straight-forward brew.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours a black color with a creamy tan head. Roasted malty aroma with some hints of chocolate. Smooth roasted malty chocolate flavor with some weak hints of coffee. Has a smooth roasted malty finish with some hints of chocoalte in the aftertaste.
