Commercial Description:
The clean flavors of Perle, Mt. Hood and Cascade hops allow the rich malt character to dominate in this smooth "pale" style.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours a clear amber color with a small white head. Has a malty hoppy aroma with some hints of caramel. Sweetish malty bitter hoppy flavor wit some hints of caramel. Has a sweetish malty hoppy finish.

From a 22 ounce bottle purchased at By the Bottle in Vancouver, WA--Poured a copper-amber body with a nice full cream head. Tangy, bitter, fruity, creamy, biscuit nose. Great soft mouthfeel and citrus presence. Hoppy and floral for an ESB, but all the better. Chewy, creamy, delicious!

Floral and herbal hops in the aroma. The beer pours a golden orange. Tastes up front of floral bitter hops followed by a nice malty backbone that creates a soft sweet citrus fruity effect. Like tangerines or something. Well crafted and drinkable.

Good bitter, textbook for the style. Golden, but more on the honey colored side. Small white head, with some great head retention and lacing. Cookie dough maltiness, some bitter citrus notes and just a hint of earthy vegetal notes near the finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours lightly hazy, coppery amber with a scant but slightly lacy white head. Soft fruit and toast nose. Medium body and light carbonation. Lightly sweet taste of fruit, nuts, citrus. Dry pine finish. Seems a little under-hopped, but enjoyable.
