riversideAK (1755), Shoreline, Washington, USA Jul 28, 2008 I am not sure of the hop used as it was called German Style Single Hop Ale. It was an APA though. It had to have been. The nose was pretty herbal and peppery with some biscuity malts too. Poured a hazy yellowish gold with a thin head. Nice hoppy flavor is backed by some biscuity malts. The hops are herbal and funky in a cat box kind of way. They are also very resiny and coat the mouth for a while. I really enjoyed this APA.
