3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 JoeMcPhee (7621) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 31, 2005
Deep hazy orange-amber beer with a very creamy tan head. Aroma is quite malty and chewy, light molasses, earthiness and caramel sweetness. Flavour is also malt-dominated with a spicy/fruity hop flavour in back. Light resin and a touch of mintiness mingly with lingering bready and caramelly sweetness. Finishes on the sweet side of balanced, but is a very tasty brew nonetheless.

Released....again! On tap at the brewery. Pours a very murky reddish rye color. Sweet malt aroma with hints of earth and citrus hops. A slightly "dirty" taste, some caramel and toffee as well. Pretty full body and no real after taste. Drinkable......

Deep copper to l;ight brown in color with a small off-white head.Agressively hopped with an underlying malt character that's almost dominated by the bitterness.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 JorisPPattyn (7305) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - OCT 3, 2003
(cask) Very dark brown, reddish shine; dense yellowish head, stable. Woody & caramel notes in the nose, dark malts in evidence. Rich chocolate and winey flavours, bitter malts finish. Rich, full bodied, at the same time as light impression without watery texture. If it were just a little less harsh on the burnt malts palate, I'd rate it quite high.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20 drismyhero (815) - Tacoma, Washington, USA - SEP 29, 2003
UPDATED: OCT 16, 2003 The Harvest is particularily good this year ('03). Very fresh hoppy character (they grow them right there in the beer garden) and some very nicely incorporated grains to round out the beer perfectly. The bitterness is a bit through the roof sacrificing the flavor some. But still wheaty, hoppy goodness.

Very dark in color, strong hoppy aroma, very fierce taste. This is a zinger of an amber. Very full tasting and hoppilicious.

Dark amber color, with a malty and hoppy aroma and a taste to back it up. The hops however, do overpower the flavor (woohoo). Will re-rate later though due to being sick when I drank it.
