Smokey, malty, gritty, chewy, spicily hopped nose. Rich, sticky, piny, sugary flavor. Complex, great sipping brew. Love BB! Aroma – Huge scotch ale aroma. Very peaty with a nice hops and malt biscuit aroma.
Appearance – Dark Amber in color, clear with a thin head.
Flavor – Very nice scotch ale. Had tons of peaty smokiness with a great hops backing and the malt build was great.
Palate – Great Scottish Mouthfeel, nice texture with a dry finish.
Overall – A very nice beer with a great flavor the spice was grassy and light. A very nicely built beer.
