jennajlover (101), Portland, Oregon, USA Jun 15, 2006 At real ale fest amber with nice tiny bubbles and perfect carbonation, sligh haze aroma is very good and malt flavor is awesome, could have more hops for an IPA, but good beer
Hawksfan17 (662), Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 20, 2008 Hops, citrus and pine are all present in this orange amber beer. Floral, hop bitterness is the flavor. This went nicely with my salmon. anders37 (2819), Malmö, Sweden Aug 13, 2008 Draught @ Beveridge Place Pub, Seattle. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Malty hoppy grapefruit aroma. Malty hoppy bitter grapefruit flavor. Long malty hoppy finish with a bitter grapefruit aftertaste. BlackDonald (1039), North Carolina, USA Jul 17, 2008 A typical hop nose< slightly floral, with loads of fruit. A very drinkable IPA. The crystal adds a nice bitterness in the finish. chokmah33 (110), Bremerton, Washington, USA Jun 26, 2008 Sweet fruits dominate the aroma (pear, watermelon, cantelope) along with piney hops. A note of a creamy orange, like the ice cream cups, and honey.
Has an over ripe vegetable earthiness to it.
Sweet apple and creamy orange flavors fade quickly into awesome resiny hops. Finishes with some malt coming through along with a more citric character to the hops.
scrizzz (523), kirkland, Washington, USA Apr 5, 2008 bright west coast hop aroma, lasting head over orange tinted amber. floral greatness that not enough people drink. sweet soft base is no match for all these hops! so fine, so tasty, so yum.
