Apparently the Simcoe Pale Ale was nice and flowery while the Cascade Ale is fairly citrusy, the Liberty Pale seemed more mellow while also being more palatable although perhaps less flavorful. Nice and smooth with a distinctively straightforward flavor (not surprisingly from the mono-hopping) but rather well done. Bravo Boundary.
