COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This classic German style is golden in color and medium bodied. It is moderately hopped with malt in the nose and a hint of alcohol on the tongue. It has a slightly bready character and a dry finish.

6 oz. sample on tap at the brewpub, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of German-style pale malts, grains, slight fruitiness and sweetness. Flavour of sweet malts, grains, slight fruitiness - very German-tasting. Nicely balanced and well-made, though not one of my favourite styles so enjoyability is only moderate for me.
