Flavors of caramel and toffee, big maltiness with a touch of tart fruit and a floral peppery bitterness in the finish. Some alcohol, smooth body with decent carbonation.

The body is thinner than others which allows you to experience the waves of each sip. sweet becomes floral hoppy becomes oaky becomes warm becomes caramel sweet finish a only a touch hot. great for a barelywine that may be meant to be enjoyed young as there’s no vintage dating on the bottle.
