Boundary Bay Poor Richards Ale

Cloudy dark brown beer with a thin tan creamy head. Aroma is very unusual, rummy and plummy with some sweet cardamom type spicy notes. Sweet toffee/caramel malts. Creamy mouthfeel, sweet raisiny and plummy flavour with a bit of molasses and sweet spiciness. Body is creamy and lingering. Earthy hops in the finish, which is itself surprisingly dry. Nutty notes on the finish as well. Surprisingly good beer.
