Cricket is a classic summer game where two people bat and several others drink beer on the sidelines. As a tribute to the nation’s great armchair umpires, we’ve released Sticky Wicket. It’s a refreshing summer lager with a light hop bitterness tempered by the smooth notes of manuka honey. Finally, a reason to be 12th man.

Pours very pale yellow with minimal head and lacing. Aroma is sweet artificial honey syrup. Taste is dominated by the artifical honey with a touch of hop in the finish. Light mouthfeel with slight bitter finish. A bit sickly, would be best used in a shandy or lager and lime

We did not enjoy this beer. It tasted very medicinal- more rosemary/vanilla , not honey. Would not buy again. opened 2 bottles, discarded one of them.Maybe too long on supermarket shelf?

Pale yellow colour with thin white head, sweet honey aroma. Sickly sweet. Trying to take on the big boys summer seasonal beers and fails miserably, yucky.
