Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, roasted, caramel, nutty, keller. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100910]

Bottle 33cl. A clear brown ale with medium head. Aroma is in brown malt and yeast, lightly fruity, more on cereal but with a very low body. Easy drinking beer but without real interest.

Bought this in the Ardeche region in a supermarket in France. Nice to see some local artisan products in the supermarket here. Decent brew, not too much flavor, but a definite clean brew. Nice spicy aroma and a beautiful clear coppery color. Easily drinkable and quite mild. Let’s quit writing as the scenery here is a lot more interesting.

Cloudy amber with a small off white head. Aroma had toasted malt, caramel and deep fruits. Flavor had toasted malt, caramel and dark fruits. Finished sweet.

33 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malty. Sweet caramelish and breadish. Light roasted. Sweet and caramelish finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, straw, and bread, leading to a dry finish.
