33 cl from grand epicerie. Smells like dessert. Dark amber. No head or bubbles. Tastes like water and sweet Christmas flavored chap stick. At least it smells good. Like chap stick. But you shouldn’t eat it.

fantastic beer. huge caramelization in the nose, righ pistachio nougat aromas. flavor is mild malt sweetness but dry and refreshing. very clean beer. Too subtle for beer assholes to appreciate, that’s why it has a low rating.

Aroma - this smells heavenly! Malt can only be described as pure caramel, cereal, vanilla, and just toffee boner! If a women would smell like this, she’d be a smoking hot fox!!! Bombshell! Appearance - the color is somewhat hazed amber, with a 2"inch white head that fades into a thin foam puddle. Taste - whoa! this beer is caramelized enjoyment. Sweet, but in a candy Skor bar type of way, if you’d peel the chocolate of, but left the essence of chocolate there. It’s a toffee candy nectar that totally covers a cereal malt. Palate - feel is light-medium, texture think to slick, carbonation is flat, the finish is less than desirable considering all the other banging home runs. The beer really shines in two categories. Aroma is off the charts, maybe the best smelling beer, I’ve ever smelled. The taste is also really nice. However, it has one downside, it quickly starts to subside in the way Fruit Stripes Gum does. It’s the best, but for a very short time. It doesn’t get bad, it just kind of loses it’s gusto. Like a 2 pump chump. It’s flavor fades, but it’s aroma is Grand Champion! I want more, like a flirtatious hottie that means me no good! Oh god, I could bathe in this!

très beau nez vraiment très marqué par le nougat (miel, amandes, pistache, nougat), donne envie d’en manger, par contre la bouche fait penser à de l’eau vaguement aromatisée au nougat, aucune longueur, dommage. Juste pour le nez

750ml flip top bottle. Mellow, clean, malty beer..classic Bierre de Garde base. Sweet caramel. Not unlike a big Southern Tier dessert beer in the depth of sweet flavor, except this has a really clean, sessionable body. Delicious nutty caramel, butterscotch richness. Unapologetic sugary sweetness. Cool beer.

330ml bottle, clear hold, thin white head doesn’t last. Subtle nougat noise, some bready malt. Flavour is sweet malt, distinctly nougat in the finish. Light body, touch watery perhaps. soft carbonation makes this an nice dessert beer.

Draft at taproom307. Pours a gray brown color. Smell hits you right off the bar. Beans, toffee and nougat. Nothing social though ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at home. Clear yellow with a White head, nice lacings. Aroma medium to heavy nougat (almonds), medium malty. Flavor medium sweet, light bitter, some butter notes. Medium body.

Bottled 330ml. -from Brune Rousse Houblon, Nice. Yellow/golden coloured, minimal white head, intensive nougat nose. Watery and artificial nougat wafer taste with overall quite strong sugary presence. Ok idea but really no thanks.

Bottle shared by beastiefan2k - thanks? - lightly hazy gold - nose is pretty much nothing but buttery nougat with light floral notes underneath - smells like it’s plagued with diacetyl, even though it is not - flavor is very light and moderately toasty, so much like the aroma, you mostly taste nougat, which of course, just makes it taste like a diacetyl bomb - pretty terrible.

750 ml swing top. Pours a light and clear gold with a foamy white head. It smells like holiday nougat, simply put, I think it is pleasant. The flavor is bready with nougat and some metallic notes. The body is a bit thin. Interesting experiment, probably as good as it can be considering it isn’t too sweet but it isn’t too flavorful.
