(330ml bottle, best by 08/05/11 thanks to bu11zeye) clear gold with bright lasting fine bubbles and good lacing. Nose of coriander, spicy Belgian yeast, wheat, and lightly grassy. Taste of coriander, grass, spicy Belgian yeast, earth, very subtle citrus. Well carbonated and creamy. Reminds me of Duvel quite a bit.

UPDATED: OCT 20, 2010 (330ml bottle, BB 05/08/11) Pours a clear yellow body with a medium egg-white head and nice lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, citrus, banana, earthiness, and straw. Flavor of yeast, candi sugar, dried apricot, grass, and pepper. Somewhat reminiscent of lighter alcohol Duvel.

Bottle from a beer fair in Girona. It pours a cloudy golden liquid, with medium-high white-beige head. The aroma is hoppy, with hints of fine roasted malt, spices, citron and yeast. Average taste: malty, some hops and citron, with lively carbonation, a little sweetness mixed with acidness, and a bitter finish. It feels a little watery. Decent beer, lacking some character in my opinion.

A Mes rate. Bottle from Kris Wines.
Slightly murky gold with a reasonable off white head. Sweet and fruity as per the other BdF’s. Plenty of bready malt, plus a little spice in the finish. Blah.

Very clear light hay-coloured beer with a weak head. Smells very hoppy with hints of (brown) bread and lightly citric. Hoppy taste with breadiness and dry finish. Bit like a malt beer. Rather pils like. Nice beer for a pils but a bit disappointing for a blond. Reminds me of Palm.

Bottle (330ml). Cloudy yellow body with a good sized creamy white head that persists. Aroma is golden malts with a yeasty presence. Palate is medium bodied with bittersweet malt flavours and a nice dry spicy and citrus hop finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A decent Belgian blond ale without being especially noticeable.
