2.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
330 ml bottel, brought to me by my friends from a trip to Belgium. Hazy yellow colour, white head that fades quickly. Smell is rather weak, some yeast, wet earth, some citrus, fainted hint of spices and vanilla. While palate feels good and creamy, it’s not too complex either in mouth, citrus, spicy, malt... Drinkable, but I expected some more of this one.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
33cl bottle. Clear blonde with almost no head. Head is white, thin but vanishes immediately. Aroma of yeast and bread, aroma of Belgium (if you’ve been there, you know what I mean). Taste is quite sweet, but well balanced with a bit of spicy notes.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Dull gold with some particles, fading white head. Aroma is fruity and yeasty with peaches and apricots, candied ginger. Sweet and a little syrupy with ginger, oranges and stone fruit. Drying spicy finish. Not very engaging. No date, but probably not at its best.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
330ml bottle (Drink Shop, Tallinn)
6 Soft sweet yeasty and bready aroma, recognisably belgian
4 Clear gold, huge tight creamy and fluffy head - lovely!
6 Very simply belgian bready yeasty blond ale. Low on the hops though.
4 Soft palate, gentle carbonation. Finish a little sweet, and very mellw.
13 Not an exciting experience, but certainly a very pleasurable one. Rather emasculated, even moreso than Leffe, but they leave you with a very easy drinker.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours with a soft and quickly disappearing head and a clear yellow body. Aroma of citrus, dirty socks, random light cereal. Taste is a heavy hoppy mix with some alcohol and slight grain notes on the end. Yet, it’s a pretty typical blonde Belgian ale - but that’s not to discount it too much, it’s reliable and drinkable, but it just doesn’t stand out.
