On tap at the Gingerman. Brown pour with an off white head. Aromas of sour cherries. A little watery and thin with a refreshing flavor profile consisting of sour cherries and caramel malts..

In bottle at ’t Antwaerps Bierhuiske. Pours a very dark, red - brown colour with a lacy, light tan head. Aroma is quite sweet with sugar, caramel and barley. Flavours of sweet pickled onions, barley, black pepper and very light balsamic vinegar although sweetness overpowers. Mild carbonation and a little CO2 prickle. Feint sour finish. Too sweet for me.

Brown appearance and an aroma of blueberries. The flavor is a sweet blueberry-caramel. Medium body. A little stickiness in the caramel aftertaste.

Bottle, bought @ Magasin, Cph.
Deep red-brown with a great, staying, creamy, beige head. Aroma is mild fruity tart, good raisin, plums, some caramel, light lactic, light oak. Medium carbonation, slightly thin mouthfeel. Flavour has mils tartness, light Belgian sugar sweetness, some caramel, oak. Tartness is light fruity and fresh with some plums and red currants. Okay beer.

Beautiful rosy russet with an off-white head about a centimetre thick. Aromas of ale yeast, bread and stewing stonefruit, fortified steamed pudding. Flavours to match along with a wine character that appeals, dates and berryfruit. Tasty and not at all what I was expecting. I’d quite happily go for another.

Not a very good experiment. Color is nice, smell and taste not. Low body, low carbo.

(bottle - 330 ml) Dark copper pour with a thick tan head. Very sweet and fruity aroma with some mild hints of wood and caramel malts. Sweet and cherry-like flavor at the start with a light tartness and a sweet and fruity finish. Menu said sour, but wasn’t really sour. Still decent though.

Poured a dark copper color. Medium head. Aroma of perfume, coriander. some candy sugar. Taste is medum sweetness and some lite sour at end. Tastes of cherry and rasberry notes. Med body, livelier carbonation, almost champaign-like. Interesting one.

Peppery aroma maybe coriander. Pours a deep rich mahogany brown. Taste is very sweet and cherry-like up front with a mix of sour in the background. As the tasting continues the flavor and carbonation become reminiscent of an Asti such as martini and rossi or Verdi. Interesting.
