I didn’t like it at all, the sour flavour doesn’t do it for me. It’s a well made beer, I’m just not a fan.

(Found, that I havent rated this) - very nice beer for me, dark brown with red in colour and very rich vine style tatse, wine sourness is excellently balanced with typical beer notes.

Flaska@Delirium Cafe Beer Cave. Brunröd vätska med kaffefärgat skum. Framträdande aromer av syrliga röda bär. Smaker av citrus och färska bär. Bra balanserad sötma/syra där syran inte skrapar av all saliv från tungan.

Bottle from Bruges. Pours ruby with a thin cream head. Sweet fruity balsamic vinegar aroma. The taste is sweet with sours notes of cherry and soy sauce. Very drinkable, but a little lacking in body, complexity and flavour. OK.

Bottle from Belgium. Very nice dark ruby colour with a very small cream head. Nose is very malty. First taste is very fizzy with a nice sour edge however it has a slightly sharp aftertaste which lingers a little too long.

Very carbonated a bit like carbonated water, acid and sweetness is not too balanced

Bottle. Amber, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty and lightly sweetish aroma, faint sourness and light cherry fruitiness, faint notes of wood and barnyard. Body is light to medium, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, light caramel, faint cherry fruitiness and sourness. Finish is short, malty and lightly sweetish, light sourness and cherry fruitiness, faint notes of wood and light alcohol. Light-bodied and bit flat sour ale – really nothing special. There are better ones.

Wonderful blended beer. A trade that is dissaparing but the Timmermanns family has kept for centuries. Caramel, dough, butterscotch, banana, raisin, vanilla

Deep ruby color with lasting head, good lacing. Aroma of cherries, red berries, malts, some wild and wine notes. Taste is santized. Sourness isn’t that high as I expected. It reminds me a bit of cherry compote. Quite drinkable, carbonation is ok. Decent, nothing else.

Aroma of malt, caramel, sweet red fruits, sour cherries, wood. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Body and mouthfeel are good. I would have liked more sourness and less sweetness.

W aromacie w pierwszej nucie wyraźna wiśnia, potem dzikość, lekka skóra, nieco pestki, ogólnie całkiem przyjemnie. W smaku pestkowe, wyraźna wiśnowo - karmelowa słodycz i lekki kwasek. NIeco kompotowo. Niewiele się tu dzieje.
