Pours clear and dark brown/amber a medium off-white head. The aroma contains fruits, caramel, bread, wine, yeast. It tastes medium sweet and light sour leading to a long sweet-sour finish that is not very sharp. Medium body, soft carbonation and oily texture.

Bourgogne des flandres. Pours clear red brown with tan head. Aroma sweet and roasted malty, fruity and some spices. Taste is sweet and fruity with dark malt, some caramel and spices. Finish is semi-sweet.

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours deep ruby brown, nose is toffee, sweaty, light fruit, taste is sugary, sweet, caramel.

Bue 2 mois avant DLC avec haricots verts/sauce tomate/jambon sec. Bière brune foncée, avec reflets orangés. Petit col de mousse stable sur 3mm, avec bonne tenue. Pas de carbonation. Arôme de malt toastés, sans plus. Final sur la cerise (!) et un petit côté boisé. Très bon équilibre entre acidité/sucré avec une fine amertume. Finale assez sèche. Une très belle découverte : une bière sure qui se boit très facilement. Pas de levure.

DAAIK; Bottle 33 cl., drunk at The Bishops Arms. Pours moderate, clear dark brown with a fading creamy light tan head. Nose is moderate, malt, sour, caramel, berries, vinious and spice. Taste is medium sour, sweet and bitter with a lasting dark berries finish. Body is medium, texture is is oily, carbonation is soft.

Très légère, pas exceptionnelle mais pas de fausses notes.Nez un fond caramel, beaucoup de levures, un fond fruit confis de pommes voire cerise/raisin.Bouche très aqueuse, plutôt ronde, pomme et raisin plus présente.Peu de longueur.

On tap - dark brown, thin white head. Unusual tasting, slight licorice, good aftertaste. Nutty - fruity aroma. Ok mouth feel, but overall a bit sweet.
