4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 fiulijn (10383) - Como, ITALY - JAN 12, 2003
[Keg] Ruby amber color; thin persistent cap. Wonderful fruity aroma (ripe apricots, raisins, plums...); winy. Pretty sweet, fruity, with a light oak cask character. Just the required hop. Good palate, instead that bitter it"s sweet and lightly tart, astringent. It would be perfect with some sharper sourness.
