3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle: Poured a dark brown with a reddish tint to it. The head was a light off white brown color almost jello in motion and creamy. The aroma was sour fruit and vinegar. Metal acidic taste but there was also that mature oak barrel taste that this beer definetly soaked in.

Excellent flemish sour. Not as sour as Duchess, which might actually be a plus for some people. A little too light for my taste, but that also makes it very quaffable.

It may be classified as a sour ale, but for me the taste of wine oak cakets was obvious. It bears its name very well. It is at the middle between wine and beers. I’d drink it any taime !
