Zwart bier met schuim. Smaak is zoet, drop, rook en caramel, echter ietwat waterig. Blijft redelijk lang hangen. Goed bier.

Bottle, 33cL. Home. A dark brown beer with mahogany hues through the light. Medium off-white beer poorly persistent. Fruity smoky aroma (blackberry, blackcurrant), caramel, acid note. Medium refreshing bitter, light sweet, light sour note. Medium body, medium silky texture, average carbonation, long bitter finish with a warming note. Overall, I *heart* this one ! Great aroma. Taste would be great if sourness was more intense (I agree with @fiulijn).

UPDATED: MAY 14, 2014 Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a black color with brown highlights and a medium sized creamy -foamy off white head that lingered and left great lacing. The aroma was tangy and a bit sour with notes of balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and dark fruits. The flavor was tart, chalky and sour with notes of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar.oregano and dark fruits. Long finish. Medium body. Solid.

Dark red, very creamy head. Mouthfeel is as off nitro. Thin watery body. Mostly sweet cherry and plum with some oak. No hop flavor or bitterness. Sweetness is just too pronounced and sourness is overmatched. One of the worst flanders red/browns I’ve had. Had off draft at yard house Seattle.

On tap at The Mermaid in Tampa. Brief note: oaky, lightly sour. Little mineral, juicy, syrupy. Like a watered down Duchesse. 7.0

10-26-10 on the bottle. Born on? Best by? Either way, this is verifiably "aged." Pours a deep ruby-brown with a fairly tall beige head that settles quickly and doesn’t lace much. Some floaty stuff at the bottom. Nose involves dark cherries, malt vinegar, light oak influence, perhaps some hay. Fairly sweet, light tartness, no bitterness. Light bodied, a bit oily, somewhat grainy, with a dusty briefly tart juicy finish. Not sure this is a fair rate. As is, quenching, easy drinking, not particularly tart though not excessively sweet. Comes across as rather middle of the road and not especially dynamic. Nice to try. Could be nice on a hot day.

Pours dark reddish-brown with a thick, foamy, off-white head. Nose is a sweet kind of candy smell with notes of honey. Taste is sweet and a cherry-like fruitiness comes through. Medium body, lively carbonation. Good brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
