Aroma of caramel, cherry, raisins, and vinegar. Very nice dark amber color and clarity- poured a very thin head but left some lacing. Tastes sweeter than I’d imagined, slight oaky notes, low acidity, roasty. Kind of a sherry or Madeira flavor. Palate is semi-thick, with large tangible bubbles. Roasty

On tap at Yard House in San Diego. Pours a clear Amber with a thin off white head. Aroma is artificial berries. Flavor follows. Very sweet and syrupy. Nor really sour. Tastes like bad candy. And I normally like the style. This just isn't good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Reddish brown colour, delicate head which goes to the sides. Aroma has lots of berries and tannin, some oak or other woody notes too. Taste has red sour berries, with other sour elements and tannin. Some sweeter berries are there too. Medium body and medium carbonation. Well sometimes you just got to try the strange ones.

Not the most amazing sour but pretty good overall. Decent flavors of oak, sour fruit and vinegar. Body is a little watery.

Bottle of 33cl, in a tulip glass. Correct beer, i buy it because i thought it was a Duchesse the Bourgogne... Was not dissapointed even if she’s not as good as the Duchesse. Great aroma and appearance, but a little lack of that sour red/brown taste. Try it !

330ml bottle served in a tulip glass. A: Pours a dark amber almost brown color forming a medium to small bubbled yellow head which dissipates quickly leaving lots of spotty lacings in the glass. A thin layer remains on top for a long time S: Sweet and fruity. Strong notes of grapes and cherries, mainly. Notes of oak and a caramel malts backbone T: Sweet upfront which is fruity as well, again, strong notes of grapes and cherries. Notes of wood and candy sugar. Caramel malts. Nice light sourness and a very light bitterness in the very end. A bit syrupy M: Light to medium body. Medium carbonation. Sweet and fruity and, at the same time, mild sour aftertaste O: Good drinkability. Refreshing beer [ BA Review @ 3/23/2013 ]

really wasnt what I was expecting at all, not overly impressed. Thin and lacking - not sour enough. Really dry followed through with a weird sickly sweetness. Never tasted anything like it - would not buy again.

"another "OK" sour, which is giving me a greater and greater respect for the likes of Rodenbach Grand Cru, Russian River, Lost Abbey, etc... like a pizza, a bad one is still good, and i liked this beer, but in style, it falls short. the sweet and sour are there, but not to the level of flavor, aroma, or complexity as the better ones. In the same price range, I’ll buy a Duchesse or Monks Cafe..."

On tap at The Delirium Cafe, Brussels Belgium. Dark ruby red color with a thin beige head. Aromas of dark fruits, some plums maybe, red grapes. Sweet taste at first with some acidity and sourness following. Notes of vinegar and dark fruits. Medium aftertaste. Light to medium body with medium carbonation.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours reddish with a off white head. Taste tart, fruit, sweet. I thought this was good. I would drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap. Reddish brown. Tart aroma of red fruit and vinegar. Taste is quite sharp and sour with some red fruit and syrupy sweetness. Medium carbonation a bit thin and watery.
