Bottle, small very quickly dissapearing head, crystal clear deepish golden colour, aroma of apple concentrate and soap, over ripe and artificial apple flavour with some light sourness and coarse bitterness, feels heavy. Not good.

At a tasting, thanks Eviatar, pours a clear yellow with no head, aroma of fresh apples, fermented apples, green sour apple, dry with sour apples, light sweetness, light bitterness, refreshing with light body

Bottle sample at a tasting at Sar HaMashkaot Ramat Gan. Thanks Eviatar. Clear golden. Aroma of sweet apples, medicinal notes and a bit of sulfur. Sweetish apples flavor. Light-bodied. Too sweet but drinkable.
