Bottle. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty yeasty apple aroma with hints of caramel. Fruity malty yeasty flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty yeasty finish.

Clear red brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet malty, caramel, roasted malt and spicy. Flavor is rather sweet and light bitter. 291010

Bottle @ Home. Pours dark broen with a small light brown head. Aroma of caramel, nuts , dark fruit and some earthy tone too. Taste is light roasted malt, licorice, chocolate, little fruit and spices. same earthy or basement tone as in aroma. Thin body, light carbonationed. Strange, and not paticular good brew. 230111

Bottle, 6.5%. Quite roasted aroma, a little dust and horse blanket. Very dark brown colour. Small frothy light brown head. The flavour starts off with a distinct barley bitterness, quite astringent. Tastes a lot like bitter chocolate, actually. Then comes a little fruitiness and later a rough roasted note. There seems to be a spicy note underneath, perhaps also anise.

No aroma to speak of and no taste that will bring you over the moon. There’s some clear burned notes but no real depths beyond the seasoning. Not bad as such, but not worth the extra money.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours a clear and brown beer with a beige head. The aroma is malt, sweetness, spices and some licorice. The flavor follows the nose closely. The palate is sweetness. Overall an average beer.

Pours copper with a beige head. Aroma is roasted caramel, staranise, liquorish and fruity notes. Flavour is roasted caramel, staranise and light flowery hop.

Tap. Dark/amber/brown with small off-white head. Flavour is malt, sweet, caramel, fruit and spices.
