Bottle, bought @ Kolding Vinhandel.
Pours hazy brown with a very nice, Guinness-like, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is a bit ashy, cocoa-powder, toffee, liqourice and a little bit of pine-like hops. Medium carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is rather sweet at first, lots of caramel, fine staying chocolate maltiness. A bit grainy and cocoa-powder in the finish with a fair hoppiness to balance the sweetness. Actually quite nice and drinkable.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small off-white head. Annis seed and roasted malt, distinct chocolate. Roasted, annis seed and slight metallic initially in the flavour. Light spice and smooth roasted caramel malt with a note of chocolate for base. Ends light bitter and slight acidic flavoured into the finish.

clody brown, small offwhite head. aroma is sweet, honey or syrup, flavor is sweet, syrupy, roasted grains, ends roasted. very nice.

Bottle.From Brydes Vinhandel.Almost black colour with medium beige head.Aroma is rosted and malty with note of caramel and brown bread,high carbonation and mild nutty mouthfeels.

From Voldby, DK. Bottled, 150409. Brown with off-white head. Aroma of malt and some spices. Flavor is caramel, roasted and dry malt. A hint of anise

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, cardemomme, carraway seeds, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of spices as well as medium notes of malt and caramel, leading to a dry bitter and bready finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Slightly hazy orangey brown with an off-white head. Aroma of star aniseed and fennel. Medium body with roasted malts, a little soap and coriander. Lightly bitter finish. 200409

Bottle. Red brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is red mature apple, hop, spices, malt. Flavour is mature apple, hop, spices, sourness. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle. It pours a semi-clear, dark brown body under a small off-white to beige head. It’s slightly sourish on the nose, with roasted malt, dried fruits and some hops. A bit weak. The flavor has a little sourness too, slightly chalky, with some chocolate and roasted malts and dried fruits. Full-bodied and nicely carbonated. It finishes quickly, with some alcohol and chalky notes, and some dried fruits. Straight from the brewery it might have been a fine beer, but now it seems a bit off, and it’s several months until its BB-date. (090416)

Bottle at yespr. Cloudy orange brown coloured with a medium sized off white head. Spicy aroma of anise, liquorice, cocoa powder and chocolate. Spicy flavour of liquorice and cocoa powder with otes of yeast. Spicy finish. Too much anise.
