Bottle. Fluffy off-wnite medium high head. Clear cobber body. A bit strange that the beer is called a pale ale with that colour. Lovely roasted barley malt aroma with caramel. Relatively hoppy caramal flavor with caramel. Low carbonation and a long bitter hops aftertaste.

A Mes rate: Bottle at Chris O’s laid back Friday night tasting.
Amber with a thin white head. Nice hops with a pleasant fruity note. An interesting blend of English hops, faint earthy malt and the usual Belgian yeast. Enjoyable but not amazing.

yngwie (9187) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAY 1, 2008
Bottle. It pours an unclear, copper body, topped by a beige head. Slightly sour on the nose, piney and malty sweet, combining nice and boring. The flavor goes the same ways, also both boring and nice, but there’s a surprising touch of alcohol that I dislike. Medium, sweetish mouthfeel, and a short finish. Overall, it’s a nice beer, but it’s boring, and I don’t like the sour touch in the aroma, and the little alcohol bite in the mouth. (080314)

Indeed an okay beer. I like it. Good head with nice floweraroma. Flavor is caramel, hops, cream and if something should be mentioned it could need more ingredients.
