Bouteille 341ml.

Mild cabbage and caramel in the aroma. Clear amber coloured body topped by a fizzy, off white head that recedes to a partial cover and ring. Caramel in the flavour along with cabbage. No notable hop character or bitterness though sweetness is not quite cloying. Light watery texture with hard bubbled and shortlived carbonation. Half pint glass. Just above fridge temperature. Bottle (Joanette, Jul-06).
