Wonderfully hoppy traditional India Pale Ale. Full flavoured with an intense floral aroma, finished with well balanced bitterness.

Clear medium yellow amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, burnt caramel, light toffee, light to moderate hoppy, UK hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, licorice - peppery notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100911]
