Gravity, 3rd Hinckley BF. Huge departure from the Oakham, but another decent pale brew. Orange amber, fine white skim and lace. Crushed digestive aroma with mildewed choc and mushroom. Big fresh malty sweetness, cheesecake, almond, toast. Underlying hop grassiness with apricot, then some cherry-flavoured boiled sweets showing up. Very decent vanilla and digestive afters. Length and layered malt depth beyond its strength. Didn’t realise it was from Chippenham- point deducted. Good.
