Cask (Gallows Bird, Espoo)
Dry dusty noble hop aroma. Some sweet sherbet too. Soft carbonation, refreshing palate. Big light malty body, a little fruity and with a pretty solid bitterness too. Shortish finish, but that’s perhaps a little dishwatery.

Cask Gravity at the Real Ale Bar at WOMAD Festival, Wiltshire, Friday 27th July 2012 Box Steam Golden Bolt 3.8%. Pours light amber/dark gold no head. Sightly rustic and earthy bitterness very dry, hops sjow but not as good as Dark Star APA that we were also drinking. Some furry citric flavours, ok. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.6
