Cask at Angleterre, Helsinki. Golden to copper color. Biscuity and fruity aroma. Biscuity flavor with mango, apricot, fruity bitterness and fruity hop flavor. Tasty and very moreish bitter with good biscuity and tropical fruit character. This cask was at top condition!

Sep 12, 2008 (Cask at St. Urho’s Pub, Helsinki, on 2008-09-11) Pale golden. Clear. Quite dense long lasting white head. Fruity and hoppy light nose. Quite light palate with little carbonation. Malts, yeast, hint of salty liquorice, bitterness and fruitiness in taste.

Dry dusty noble hop aroma. Some sweet sherbet too. Soft carbonation, refreshing palate. Big light malty body, a little fruity and with a pretty solid bitterness too. Shortish finish, but that’s perhaps a little dishwatery.

color:pale yellow creamy white head around two hours earlier opened cask. taste: Malty ,grainy body dash fruity smooth bitterness. Maybe bit too young. Need to re-rate 6-3-6-2-12

three days old ? pleasantly matured solid bitter

Sep 7, 2008 Updated: Sep 10, 2008Cask 0.25L glass tasted 6.9.-08. Slight vanilla in the nose. White head 5mm. Pale hey coloured. A burnt taste at the beginning. Comes better after first sip. Slightly hazy. Mild lemon and peach aromas. Nice hoppiness at the end.
