Dark brown with a red tint and a white lasting thin frothy head. Smells of light fruit (strawberry?), butter and bread malt. Thin light body with a chewey carbonation. Watery. Taste of sweet caramel malt with herbal bread elements, grass hops not to bitter finish. A light hop finish. As with the Boxer old, there is a light metalic taste.

Appearance: Dark brownish red. Clear. OK amount of offwhite head. Aroma: Some fruit and malt. Not much. Taste: A bit watery. Lots of malt, spices. Easy drinking. Little hops. Info: 250ml bottle, 10/12-2009

Bottled 50cl. It pours a clear honey colored beer with a small head. The nose is buttery, malty and herbal. Caramel and strawberries in the aroma too. Grassy. The taste is of strawberries, hay, caramel and dark bread. Slightly metallic. Rather sweet and toasty. Medium bodied with a low bitterness. The finish is amazing, surprisingly soapy with hints of vanilla, sorbet and bubblegum.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Clear deep golden, small head. Buttery and fruity. Sweet with soft rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Lotsof chewy bready malt accompanied by a light touch of grassy hops. Low bitterness. Good, solid beer!

Amber colour with medium hops middle and mild bitter finish. Was a nice beer to have on a cold night in Montreaux enjoying the Christmas festival.

Keg
Red-amber color. Ordinary malty aroma, with light fruitness. Average strength, but just some caramel. Quite simple Vienna.

bright red-brown colour, nice head and lace, light spicy nose (nutmeg ?), notes of caramel, sweet and medium-bodied, the finish is malty, sugary and spicy - the first interesting beer from this otherwise poor brewery
