710ml supercan poured a pale straw color with a big white head that settled quickly and left virtually no lacing. Aroma is grain. Taste is sweet corn and an undesirable hoppy bitterness. A below average lager.
1.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20 Viper666 (1210) - Saint-Hubert, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 17, 2011
Canette 710ml.

I know this is the worst beer at least in North America primarily because it was the only beer I couldn’t finish. If someone offers you one, when they aren’t looking try and poke a hole into the bottom of the can. If it spills out at least it can’t harm you...and continue to pretend drinking it.
Before anyone offers you a second Boxer Ice, mumble something about an appointment and walk quickly to the nearest exit.

May long weekend, opening up the lake with Parksy-- it’s malt likra time! I guess this is more of a pale lager, but it sure satisfies the shit-factor that I’m after in a canned lake beer. Urinal scented, tinny grainy -- another piece of shit from Minhas.

Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût légèrement fruité. (Rating #3606)

0.7 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20 Spab (1194) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 28, 2010
710 can from The Beer Store. Pours a light, bright yellow with moderate-sized white head that rapidly recedes to a little white scruff. Aroma in a word is cheap - harsh grains, sweet corn and some alcohol. Taste is equally uninspiring - sickly sweet corn, nasty grains, almost a little gasoline and a wet dog finish. Quite thin. Absolutely terrible.
0.9 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 2/20 probstblueribbon (1967) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 23, 2010
710 MONSTER CAN from TBS, served cold in a tulip glass.
App.: Clear golden with a thin veil of white.
Aroma: Mainly acetone, acetyl and ass; honestly, these are the aromas...no poetic license for the sake of alliteration, gross sweetness, cereals, grains, malt liquor-esque BLECH.
Palate: Medium body and carbonation.
Flav.: Mercifully, less offensive than the nose; the defects persist, tempered by Sherry (is that a good thing??), a little more grain/cereal, still plenty awful; dry with an odd, cloying bitterness and a strangely fruity, problematic finish.
Among the worst beers I’ve ever rated and a very unwelcome addition to the Ontario beer scene. For shame, TBS and Minhas.
0.7 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20 JohnBarleycorn (537) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 15, 2010
Can. Medium-gold; visibly high carbonation. Aromas of sugar, stale malt and wet bread. Extremely syrupy and sugary plus a wet cardboard finish creates a disgusting experience.
