Bubbly blond body, small white collar.
Skunky corn maly aroma.
Medium-lean body, quite high in carbonation, drying texture.
More skunky malts on the body, drying lowly bittered finish.
Was expecting a dark beer, and I got this! Not happy.

Skiing in Verbier kicks ass! Almost no head, yellow-orange hue. Malty, sweet aroma. Thick palate. Taste clean, fresh, good hops also in the finish.

Bottled. It pours a yellow beer with a very small head. Honey, metal, cereals, figs, caramel and hops in the nose. Rather interesting and complex for a pale lager! But there is a hint of burnt plastic which spoils the nose. A metallic taste with a hint of lemon. Grainy with burnt plastic-like elements. A hint of hazelnuts in the flavor which makes this beer special and unique. Full taste. The finish is pretty weak with no detectable nuances. Initial rating: Bottled 33cl. It pours a pale golden beer with a quick diminishing white head. Poor nose. Very grainy. Mediocre taste with notes of vinegar and lemon showing up. Malty, buttery and quite sweet. It reminds me very faintly of malt liquor. Low bitterness. The finish is of malt and lemon.

Trata-se de uma Pale Lager levemente acima da média, com notas pouco marcantes (mas evidentes) de malte e lúpulo. Boa drinkability.
