COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An amber colored beer employing generous amounts of crystal malt. The flavor of toffee and caramel are combined with modest hopping resulting in some citrus notes. A very approachable amber beer brewed in collaboration from a brewer living in Mexico.

An orange ale with a thin creamy moka head. A light caramel malt aroma with light c-hops, more like an APA, quite nice and smooth. A nice light malt with a nice mix of fruity esters and light hops. A surprise in China. On tap at Fu Xing brewpub, Oct. 24 2010.
