COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION A special copper colored IPA brewed to celebrate the marriage of 2 people. Our Rye IPA combines the uniqueness of rye malt with fragrant hops. We use 2 varieties of imported rye malt to provide a mild spicy note in this hoppy ale. The use of Cascade hops from the US along with Galaxy hops from Australia contributes citrus and grapefruit notes. The caramel rye malt plays nicely in this beer to balance the bitterness. The liberal addition of Galaxy hops during dry-hopping boosts the hop bouquet. This one is for you Mark and Cate! Part of the Brewers Choice series
