COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An ale with a deep amber color from the copious amounts of crystal malt as well as a light touch of chocolate malt. The malt undertones provide a slight burnt sugar flavor as well as caramel richness. The malt is offset by the use of 2 different hops as well as a dry hop addition of Centennial hops. The resulting flavor is complex with additional herbal/spicy notes. Imperial in stature and aroma! Part of the Brewers Choice series.

Draught @ CBC’15
Aroma has nice resiny tones and fruity hops. Also mild raspberry & vanilla notes. Flavour has woody tones, cereal, resiny hops and grapefruit. Mild mint and menthol tones in the finish. Some slight cardboardy tones occur at the end of the glass. Nice, not ’imperial’ though.
