COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In comparison to its English counterpart it is less malty; in the range of low to medium. It is fruity and estery with some crystal malt providing a bit of residual sweetness and slight orange hue. An American Pale Ale of distinction utilizing generous hopping of American hop varieties. Near the end of fermentation this beer is lightly dry-hopped with Citra hops for additional hop aroma and flavor.

This was lovely, with a bonus point for being the best pale ale i was able to find brewed in China. Moderately malty for the type (but extremely malty by Chinese standards), moderately hoppy for the type (but extremely hoppy for China) with great bitterness and great citrus notes. Just delightful. You can fill in the rest of the description from the above ... good lacing, good mouth feel, long bitter finish ... very, very nice.

Tap @ the brewpub in Min Hang.Pours dark golden with a small white head. Aroma of malt, lots of grassy, fruity citrussly hops. Taste is malt, flowery hops, grapefruit, piney, resin. Medium body, soft carbonation, lasting bitterness. Refreshing and níce pale ale. 070112
