COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A special style of pale ale that has high hop bitterness, flavor, aroma and a higher alcohol content. Originally brewed in England for the long trip to India when additional hops were added for preservation. Boxing Cat TKO IPA has a medium body with some maltiness. Three different hop varieties contribute estery citrus and tangerine notes to this fine light orange-copper color beer.

this was a beer, thaty for mee has everything i look for with a modern IPA soft under tones of malt with nice clean hop forward mid palate, with a citrus zing that lingers nicely in the mouth!

Again, a couple of bonus points for being this good in China. New brewer, same name. Rich golden beer, small head by the time it came to the table on the third floor, great lacing. Truly massive nose of American hops, and a hop slam taste to match. Bitter, orange and grapefruit and pine tar ... among the best IPAs i have ever had, actually, and bonus points for being true to type and courageously over the top for China.

Cloudy orange-amber. Loose, cask-like head. Very citrusy, juicy aroma with just a hint of pale malts. Has a cask mouthfeel. Juicy - rich, syrupy malts and sticky resinous hops. Bitter and herbaceous. Sticky finish is quite bitter, again with a mixed citrus accent.

Light orange colored with hazy appearance. Little yellow head. Flowery aroma with nice grassy hops, some pine also comes up. Medium bodied, crispy palate. Flavor is also nice with same floral and lemony notes, aftertaste dries with grass and pine. Good IPA.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden with a good head. Regreshing citrussy hop nose, followed by punchent and lingering bitterness. Best beer in China?

Draught at Mikkeller Bar. Cloudy amber with a decent white head. Light sweet aroma of caramel, fruity and citrusy hops. Almost creamy texture, very smooth mouthfeel, nice malty backbone, well balanced american hops, that provides some pine in the finish and a sneaking bitterness. Zesty one. Very well made. .

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of petroleum, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of petroleum, hops, malt, and lemons, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 - Session 1. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a creamy white head. Nose holds grapefruit and melon. Light tom edium sweet flavor with grapefruit, lemon, pale malts. Light bodied with average carbonation. Mild dry citrus to finish, light grapefruit, more lemon and melon. Solid effort. Very decent.
