COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American Brown Ale brewed with local homebrewer David Mast in Shanghai. This imperial version has been hopped generously as several different hopping regimes were used including mash-hopping, first wort hopping and dry hopping. The addition of chocolate malt and an extended lagering time provide a nice malt complexity to this beer. A malty brown ale with pleasant hop character in both flavor and aroma.
