Big hoppy up front with a touch of malt. Medium body to this, but the citrus goes on for ever. Light toasted malt on the finish which gives it a little sweetness to it.

On tap at McKenzie Pizza again. A nice ipa bordering on a double with the caramel malt and full bodied sweetness it has going on. Citrus aroma and orange sweet candy flavor. Pretty tasty.

Draft @ the Brewery. Pours a pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma with some hints of citrus. Fruity malty hoppy bitter citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter finish with some hints of citrus in the aftertaste.

Sample at the brewery. Clear orange, creamy white head. Aroma of floral, tropical, pine and herby hops. Taste is more sweet than expected with lots of tropical hops and caramel. Medium body, smooth carbonation.

Pours a nice deep amber color. Aromas of citrus. Strong hop flavors with malts and a dry finish.

on tap-pours a white head and gold color. Aroma is pine. Taste is pine/resin/pineapple hops bite, secondary sweet medium malt. Finishes slightly dry.

This is a pretty good little IPA. Pours a medium clear golden color with a nice white head. The aroma is hoppy as you would expect from an IPA. The dominant flavor is also hopped but this beer is by no means over hopped. It is crisp, clean and easy to drink. Not only that, but it has enough flavor and body to be a good winter IPA.

I thought this was great IPA. Had on tap at Bacchus Pub in Bozeman. Nice and hoppy but with a solid malt backbone. Even tasted a little spicy. My first BBC beer and I’d love to try more.

Not bad at all- was surprised by the color and flavor. Definitely seemed to border a more imperial style- but not quite.

On tap in Idaho Falls at 2009 NABA. Pours a light straw color with a large white head. The aroma was great; a huge citrus hop note. Light caramel as well. The taste is great; lots of bitter hops, citrus, light caramel and oranges. I had a lot of IPAS that day, and this was one of the better ones.

good ipa enjoyed at the taproom in bozeman. alcohol is a little too apparent, but plenty of hops are there
