Sample taste 10cl @BQ, via Losanna. Amber browny colour, smells malty, fruity, earthy, and woody. Taste is malty, caramel, bit lactic with a bit of floral notes from the few hops presence. Medium sweetness, quite soft carbonation, light creamy texture. Quite well dubbel / belgian styled

Draught at BQ via Losanna, Milan
Cloudy amber color with medium sized head. As the beer is warm, the aroma develops well; there is some malt and nice fruitiness. Good malt and caramel flavor, but also a bit too dusty; the yeast presence is just too evident; quite bitter, more than the average Belgian.

Bottled. An unclear Brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel, spises, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, spices, and bread, leading to a drybspicy finish.
