Aroma is fruit, malt, caramel, hop. flavour is fruit, malt, caramel, hop. Ordinary beer. yngwie (3322), Kristiansand, Norway Jul 8, 2007 Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Contestant in the summer-beer competition, limiting it’s ABV to 3.5%. Copper-colored beer with a minimal beige head. Caramel-notes, malt, some beef-stock and hops in the aroma. The flavor has malt, some fruitiness and bitter-hops. The thin body makes it a bit dull, but it is quite silky. Not a bad beer, quite quaffable, as it should be, but they should beef it up a little if it’s going public.
