As it warms, notes of pine stand out. Spicy flavour. Lots of pine with notes of honey in the background. Finish is the same, although it gets sweeter as it warms. Very characteristic and unique aroma from the kombination of pine needle and blackthorn. The aroma is at a very high level. Colour golden amber with medium white head. Flavour not so characteristic as would be expected from the aroma, but both pine, honey and hobs can be identified. I’m not aware that the Vikings used pine woods?
