Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (180508)

May 4, 2008 Bottle 0.5 l. Bought Irma Hilleroed. Onclear (unfiltered) yellow color with medium white head. Plenty of aromas - sweet, fuity (abricots), hobs. Taste is elegant, sweet, wheat and fruits. Soft carbonation. Mouthfeel light as a Witbier sholud be. May 4th is a perfect day for this beer - it brings light (Danish tradition with candlelight in the windows to celebrate the end of World War II).

Apr 19, 2008 Bottle. A weird overmatured banana taste was in the background at the end.. If i didn’t know how the style ought to taste, i would’ve sworn this was not healthy. Anyway - the weird/unpleasant undertones does not hide a relatively good beer.

Apr 15, 2008 50 cl bottle - Cloudy light yellow unfiltered with an impressive white head. Very nice spicy/banana aroma like a belgian wit, combined with the fullness of a german weiss.
