Commercial Description:
This beer is the result of a collaboration between Brøckhouse and ISO, and is exclusively sold by ISO. It is a dark beer with a delicate spicy flavor of juniper berries, and is both sweet and well malted. Serve at 10-12 degrees Centigrade. Is good with both roast pork and duck.

[Odense-tasting at Scheffel. Bottle from Christian.] Red brown look with fast white head. Notes of juneper berries, spices, sweetcaramel, fruity and a nice finish. Ok, but not outstanding.

Reddish brown with a small but lasting off-white head. Fruity and spicy aroma, with plenty munich malt and a hint of the juniper. Dry flavour, some licorice, some herbs.

Bottle at Odense Tasting. Amber red with a white head. Sweet fruity aroma of berries & some caramel. Medium body. Light spice & warmth. Harmless but drinkable. OK

Bottle @ ChristianScheffel tasting. [thank you Christian]
Pours a nice lightly muddy mahogany with a dense creamy head. Aroma is mild, caramel and candy sugar. Medium body. Flavour is rather sweet with some juniper berries, but not too exciting.

Thanks Ungstrup. Mahogany with a huge, creamy head. The aroma is malty with notes of candy sugar. The flavour is sweetish with a clear notes of juniper and a tannic acidic dryness. I also find malt and caramel, and the overall impression is somewhat monotonous.
